Corrections
If a price, a specification or a claim on this site is wrong, please tell us. Include the page and what is incorrect and we will fix it and update the date on the page. Corrections are the fastest email we answer.
Manufacturers and retailers
We are happy to hear from brands about specification corrections, product updates and press or media assets. Two things worth knowing before you write:
- We do not accept payment, product or any other consideration in exchange for a review, a ranking or a placement, and we do not run sponsored posts.
- We are interested in written permission to use manufacturer press and media photography. If you have a media kit, please say so.
Readers
We cannot recommend a specific trampoline for your yard by email — we do not know your space, your budget or your children, and a guess sent privately is worth less than the best trampoline australia guide, which at least shows its reasoning. But if something on the site is unclear or you think we have missed a model that belongs there, that is genuinely useful and we read all of it.
