Which programmes we are in

Amazon Associates Programme (Australia). As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click one of our “Check price on Amazon” links and buy within Amazon’s 24-hour affiliate window, Amazon pays us a percentage of the sale. Trampolines and trampoline accessories sit in Amazon Australia’s Sports & Outdoors category.

Other Australian affiliate networks. We are working toward direct relationships with Australian trampoline retailers through Australian affiliate networks. Any link covered by one of those will carry the same disclosure as an Amazon link.

Products we earn nothing from

This is the part most disclosures leave out. Our roundup ranks products on merit, and that means some of the trampolines we rank highly are ones we cannot earn a cent from — either because the brand is not on an affiliate network we use, or because we could not find an Australian retail route for it.

How we keep the money out of the rankings

  • The ranking is decided before the links. We rank on published specifications, AS 4989:2015 criteria, independent test results and owner feedback. Whether a product can be monetised is not one of the criteria.
  • No brand pays us. We do not accept payment, free product, or any other consideration in exchange for a review, a ranking or a placement, and we do not publish sponsored posts.
  • Every review carries real drawbacks. Each one has a “what’s genuinely bad” section and a “who should not buy this” line, including for the products we earn the most from. Our top pick has the hardest assembly on the page and we say so in the review.
  • Our call-to-action is “check price”, not “buy now”. We would rather send you to look at the current price than push you toward a purchase.

Prices

Every page carrying a price shows the date we checked it. Australian retail prices move constantly and we cannot guarantee a price will still be current when you click. Always confirm on the retailer’s own page before buying. If you spot a price on this site that is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
